Responsibilities:
You will own and take responsibility for all phases of the complete sales cycle.
Ensuring revenue goals (Overall sales including new client sales and renewal sales) of the company are met.
Metric drove, optimized client interactions & persuasions, follow-ups, solution designs, commercial negotiations and deal closures occur with the objective of maximizing company revenues.
Development of pre-sales and optimization of funnel top takes place while ensuring cross-functional coordination with marketing for the same
Development of product-specific GTM strategies and teams, forecasting, targets and pipeline management takes place.
Development of geography (global) specific GTM strategies and teams, forecasting, targets and pipeline management takes place.
Development of strategies, processes & policies for the sales team takes place.
Each division’s success is measured and its processes and execution strategy are accordingly optimized.
Experience:
5+ years of enterprise sales experience.
5+ years of individual, global, enterprise sales experience including sales closure.
2+ years of Event SaaS sales experience.
Strong understanding of company positioning, pricing, and business development strategies for complex Enterprise SaaS Companies.
Extensive experience negotiating terms and closing contracts for business
An individual should be a strategic thinker who can lead the initiatives and build sales function for the compan
Strong cross-functional partnerships and alliances is a plus
Working in the event and exhibition space will be a key advantage.
Gain understanding of the company’s market, contact and arranging meetings with potential clients to determine their service preferences and qualify them
Provide online demo to the clients and actively support sales efforts
Staying updated and acquiring in-depth knowledge about company's products, service offerings and methodologies.
Experience:
Good understanding of Networking, IP/TCP/UDP protocols
Experience on working with Video codecs development and/or integration (H.263, H.264/AVC, HEVC, vp8/vp9 etc.
Detailed knowledge and understanding of RTP/RTCP/UPD/ HLS/ Webrtc protocol
Experience in Adaptive Communication Environment (ACE) framework is a plus
Good experience on using and integrating with relevant Open source technologies (Gstreamer, FFmpeg etc)
Strong knowledge of protocols like SIP/SDP, RTP/RTCP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS.
Experience in VoIP products based on open source projects such as Asterisk, Freeswitch, Kamailio etc.
Experience in developing server products and solutions integrating third-party or open- source solutions.
Strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design experience in integrating third-party or open-source solutions.
Hands on experience in C++
Hands on experience in server side programming in Webrtc, websockets.
Working Knowledge on WebRTC Gateways
Experience in telecom domain
Knowledge of GStreamer or FFMPEG

Working with cutting edge technologies and contributing to the development of unified communication systems including the signalling, session description, media and server- side logic.

Handling complex technical issues related to WebRTC development and discussing solutions with the team.
